Proposals and ideas sought for utilization projects. Scheduled to recruit operators via public proposal competition in fiscal 2027. Conditions: Must be a long-term plan that contributes to regional revitalization in harmony with the community. Limited to proposals for residential development. Limited to proposals premised on sale of land. Buildings except the gymnasium will be demolished by the city in fiscal 2027. Proposals including the former kindergarten site are preferred. The gymnasium may only be proposed for use as a designated evacuation shelter or for rental to local sports groups.
