CLT LLC ("we") handles personal information on haikou.jp as follows. This English version is provided for convenience; if it differs from the Japanese version, the Japanese version prevails.

When you register, contact us, send an inquiry about a property, list a property or pay, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company or organization name, and the details of your inquiry, such as your budget and intended use.

How we use it

• To provide the Service and manage accounts
• To forward your inquiries about a property to its lister
• To introduce you to partner professionals (architects, builders, lenders and others), only when you ask us to
• To bill you for paid services
• To send notices you have asked for, such as new listings
• To improve the Service

Sharing with third parties

We do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except:
- When we forward your inquiry to the lister of that property (the inquiry form tells you this)
- When we forward your consultation request to a partner (the consultation form tells you this)
- When required by law

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number.

Analytics

We may use Google Analytics or similar tools to improve the Service.
