Proposals and ideas sought for utilization projects. Scheduled to recruit operators via public proposal competition at the end of fiscal 2027. Conditions: Must be a long-term plan that contributes to regional revitalization in harmony with the community. One school building is for sale only; if no buyer is found before closure, the city will demolish it. Another building should be preserved and used as shops, satellite offices, educational facilities, etc. The gymnasium may only be proposed for use as a designated evacuation shelter or for rental to local sports groups.
