Conditions: Resided/commuted to Tokyo's 23 wards for 5+ years total within 10 years before relocation. Must work or telework in destination. Intent to live 5+ years required. Apply to destination municipality

10% of housing purchase loan amount (max ¥1M). Multi-child household/local contractor bonuses capped at total ¥400K
Conditions: Immigrants from outside Osaki Regional Development Zone & neighboring cities, age 40 or under with spouse. 10+ year housing loan. Within designated areas only
